Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

A. We currently offer Free Shipping on Order $80+

All orders under $80 ship for a flat fee of $19.99

 

Q. I have nut allergies, what should I order? 

A. Not all of our chocolates contain nuts, but everything in our shop was produced in a kitchen that handles nuts. Our kitchen handles pecans, peanuts, cashews, pistachios, macadamia, walnuts & almonds.Please expect that everything we make may have come into contact with nuts. 

 

Q. Do you offer anything that is gluten-free?

Q. Do you offer any vegan options?

A. Most of our old-fashioned hard candies are vegan. You can view all vegan candies by clicking HERE. 

 

Q. Are you only online, or do you have a shop?

A. We have a shop! Please come visit us in Hermann, Missouri at 312 Market Street. We're open 7 days a week, M-Th 6am-8pm, Fri 6am-9pm, Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 10am-5pm. We offer additional, seasonal goodies in our shop, like soft pretzels, hot cinnamon rolls, caramel apples and Bavarian nuts. 

 

Q. Do you buy your chocolates from a manufacturer? 

A. Nope! We make everything we sell. All our chocolates, truffles, hard candies, caramels, toffees, salt water taffy, (everything!), is made in-house.
